What is the maximum fleetsize Chartereasy can handle?

Technically there is no limit. Our customer normally have fleets between 1 and 25 airplanes.

What's included in Chartereasy?

The default packages includes everything you need for quoting, crew scheduling, reporting, CRM, fuel pricing import. Optional packages provide integration with DocuSign, FuelerLinx and eAPIS.

Do you offer 24/7 support?

Our system never goes down. We have fanatic support monitoring your system 24/7!

Can I integrate Chartereasy with my current CRM system?

Do you offer training packages?

Easy is in our name. Our exprerience is that everyone can start with Chartereasy right from the beginning. Little training is required. But if you do have questions, give us a call!

How do you keep my data secure?

Your data is not in a shared environment. Our system runs in a highly secured data center that is monitored 24/7/365 for security and backed up daily.

How long does the onboarding take?

We adapt to your availability, take your time. We understand the unpredictable aviation business. If you are interested in a demo, we setup your environment. Together we will do an online session where we go through the entire quoting life cycle from booking to closing a trip. After the session you can use your environment at least for a month free of charge.

What are the minmum system requirements to run Chartereasy?
